Conversation in a haiku - now that's clever.
ReplyDeleteWOW! You are really good at these! I can't believe you do them every day. Impressive : ) When will you know if you passed the bar exam?
ReplyDeleteNice one, it's when you answer yourself back that you need to worry..
ReplyDeletethanks, stan ski. :)
ReplyDeletethanks, rebeckah. :) bar exam finishes in september. will learn the results around april, i think. :O
ReplyDeletewhich is why i'm worried, sweet talking guy. :)
ReplyDeletei often do this myself!
ReplyDeleteperhaps it's contagious? :) thanks for stopping by, mediterranean kiwi.
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds a bit sad.
ReplyDeleteit is. the bar review routine can be a bit lonesome at times. thanks for stopping by, art and poetry. :)
ReplyDeleteReading is a one room band, like one hand clapping! It can be a lonely but very energising conversation of one. Great haiku!
ReplyDeletethanks, greyscale territory. :) been trying to work on a haiku about one hand clapping, but so far, no dice.
ReplyDeleteDon't I do it?!
ReplyDelete:D
rains and mud, shouldn't there be frogs too?
do you, gautami? :D thanks for stopping by. :)
ReplyDeleteOccupational hazard for a writer, me thinks.
ReplyDeleteAnd me does, too.
true. well, that makes three of us, including gautami. :) thanks for visiting, anthonynorth.
ReplyDeleteI now admit to talking to myself. *raises hands in surrender*
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the bar exam!

ReplyDeletetrue. once i get through this month, i can finally go back to work, full time. :) thanks for dropping by, one more believer. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed at people who can write these haiku poems. You use a whole different part of your brain than the one you use for studying your bar exams, don't you? It's probably a good exercise.
ReplyDeletedoes seem like a good exercise. and an enjoyable one as well. :) thanks for the kind words, jo. :)
ReplyDeleteLove haiku!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your nice visiting on my H participation.
Very clever and surely a haiku which can resonate with those who find themselves alone in conversation! Nice work!
ReplyDeletebar exam? I did it in 1991 - never want to do that again :)
ReplyDeletethanks, sonia. :) i enjoy visiting your blog. you have some lovely and fascinating images of brazil. :)
ReplyDeletethanks, tumblewords. :)

ReplyDeleteLooks like you'll be having a bar exam :-)
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you'll be able to compose a haiku during the exam!
It's my second time to land in a poem blog.
This is something different (I guess)!
I smiled at this: haiku poem: welcome
wow. you actually reached my first post? am impressed. :)
ReplyDeletei don't think i can compose one during the exam, but i'm sure i'll have a lot of angst for after. :O
thanks for stopping by, gem. :)
Hey, i finally get to comment. nice going kouji. been with you since you were a kid, and you're still two levels up. keep it up. :)
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting, wu-je. :)
ReplyDeletei'll have to disagree with you on the two levels up part though. really, i feel that it's all about us, our families, the goals we set, and what we need to do to achieve those goals, as we set out to live happy, decent lives. :)
it's not so much about levels, as it is about where we stand in relation to where we want to be. and i continue to remain hopeful that we're both in a position to succeed in that regard. :)
wish i could be there to keep you company! :)
ReplyDeletethanks for the comment, jeanie. :)
ReplyDeleteam alright though. at least there's the dsl. :)
